- 2 cups tightly packed Basil
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6-8 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (can skip if not available)
- Half lemon juice
- Salt & pepper

- Blanch the basil leaves for a brighter colour pesto.
- Put all the ingredients into the grinder.
- Grind everything well.
- Delicious Pesto sauce is ready!
