Ingredients

Serving: 1 small jar  

  1. 2 cups tightly packed Basil 
  2. 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts 
  3. 1/2 cup olive oil 
  4. 6-8 garlic clove 
  5. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (can skip if not available) 
  6. Half lemon juice
  7. Salt & pepper

  1. Blanch the basil leaves for a brighter colour pesto. 
  2. Put all the ingredients into the grinder.
  3. Grind everything well. 
  4. Delicious Pesto sauce  is ready!
