Ingredients
- 100 grams peeled hazelnut
- 150 grams milk chocolate
- 3 tbsp neutral vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4th tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
Methods
- Lightly toast the hazelnuts and pulse it in a grinder until it starts to leave oil.
- Add cocoa powder, icing sugar, oil & melted milk chocolate and grind more.
- Towards the end, add vanilla essence, salt and grind everything till it’s smooth and silky.
