Ingredients

  1. 100 grams peeled hazelnut 
  2. 150 grams milk chocolate
  3. 3 tbsp neutral vegetable oil 
  4. 2 tbsp icing sugar 
  5. 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder 
  6. 1/4th tsp vanilla essence 
  7. 1/2 tsp salt 

Methods

  1. Lightly toast the hazelnuts and pulse it in a grinder until it starts to leave oil. 
  2. Add cocoa powder, icing sugar, oil & melted milk chocolate and grind more. 
  3. Towards the end, add vanilla essence, salt and grind everything till it’s smooth and silky.
